Account & Registration

Click the Register at the top of the page. Fill in your basic details including username, email address, phone number, and password. After submitting, check your email for a six-digit verification code and enter it to activate your account. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.

No. Each individual is only permitted to have one account only. Withdraw Funds

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and confirm your request. Make sure your bank or digital wallet details have been verified through the KYC process beforehand to ensure smooth processing without delays.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Platinum VIP members enjoy express processing within 24 hours. If your withdrawal requires additional review for security reasons, our team will contact you via your registered email. There is no cause for concern — this is a standard procedure to protect your account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. The maximum limit depends on your membership tier — regular members can withdraw up to RM 10,000 per day, while VIP Gold and Platinum members enjoy higher limits. All limits can be reviewed in your account settings after logging in.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, bank details not matching your account name, or activity flagged for a security review. A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before it can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling RM 2,000 (RM 100 × 20) before you can withdraw those funds. You can track your wagering progress in your account dashboard.

In general, only one active bonus active at a time. You must complete or cancel an existing bonus before claiming a new one. However, certain special promotions such as weekly cashback and VIP reward points operate independently and do not conflict with your main bonus.
